OCTOBER CHALLENGE | FIGHT LIKE A GIRL

Hi Everyone,
October is Breast Cancer awareness month and as you all know it is a subject that is close to my heart after losing my Nan last November.  I want to used this challenge as an opportunity to remind everyone to check your breasts and do it regularly.  Any changes get them looked at straight away.  As with everything, things are generally easier to fix if you get onto it straight away before it becomes a bigger issue. So, go do it now.  Then come back and do the challenge.

This challenge is all about interpretation.  What inspires you about what you see?  These images to inspire you to create something awesome!

I made a special allowance for Sandra this month to include a man in her photo.  This is Samuel Johnson.  He lost his dear sister Connie to breast cancer and has been raising awareness and funds to find a cure to this disease. OCTOBER CHALLENGE | THINK PINK

Hi, October is here and it is time for a new challenge.  This month we have a moodboard that is inspired by October being Breast Cancer awareness month.  Breast cancer affects so many people.  Just about everyone I know, knows someone that has survived, is battling or has lost the fight to the disease.  My nan is currently fighting a battle with it and it is awful to see such an independent lady become so fragile and weak in such a short period of time.  Make sure you are checking and double checking and don't hesitate to get things checked if you find something.  Head over to the National Breast Cancer Foundation Site to find out how to self examine.  If you can spare a few dollars you can also make a donation that may very well save a life.
